More time is spent on strategizing labor and schedules for the future instead of working through obstacles in the moment. As long as it looks good on paper nothing else matters. However their "game plan" is always unrealistic, setting us up for failure from the start. And we are to blame.

The ones that continued to be moved up to leadership positions within the company (gm, do, and higher) are the ones who never hold themselves accountable, abuse their managers by throwing them on the frontlines while they soley focus on numbers and leaving early, and dont allow them to have a voice

We are so warn out from running 7 different team member positions while also upholding our duties as managers that we will hire anyone that can breathe. Simply just to give us a few moments to wear we can rest. We are all about band aids at this point. And it screws us over in the long run
