I fell i targeted because i have a mental condition and some of the managers are flirting and possibly sleeping with workers. I do alot i dont get a break but managers are kicking with thier smoking buds in the back

Well my actual team in to-go, as well as most the dine-in, are pleasant and we really try to keep each other motivated. It's friendly enough to bare coming into work. Managers do quite the opposite for motivation and morale.

I would like the kitchen clean. Dishonest and Abusive Management Replaced if my complaints are justified. Put hidden cameras you will be shocked or do undercover boss. I like it clean team works as a team and not competive trying to run over the slow one and not help him and to make fun of handicap

When you says things at the interview hold uo them . Dont lie!!! Managment lied to me. They dont do nothings how brinker policies are. They do it there own way. Thats why i think management is lying cheating and breaking every rule. Come in quite and you will see
