Overall laziness and poorly enforced rules make it easy for hard workers to get the most out of chilis. However, a lot of them quit because they find themselves doing other peoples jobs making them overworked.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I fell i targeted because i have a mental condition and some of the managers are flirting and possibly sleeping with workers. I do alot i dont get a break but managers are kicking with thier smoking buds in the back

I clean up and buss tables after servers which is in their job requirements. And they still get tipped out while Im trying to manage long lists of parties to sit and clean simultaneously

I do feel undervalued. I gave my general manager a notice that I am leaving the company for another opportunity and she took me completely off the schedule and out of the system before I could work my notice.

Well my actual team in to-go, as well as most the dine-in, are pleasant and we really try to keep each other motivated. It's friendly enough to bare coming into work. Managers do quite the opposite for motivation and morale.

I would like the kitchen clean. Dishonest and Abusive Management Replaced if my complaints are justified. Put hidden cameras you will be shocked or do undercover boss. I like it clean team works as a team and not competive trying to run over the slow one and not help him and to make fun of handicap

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
When you says things at the interview hold uo them . Dont lie!!! Managment lied to me. They dont do nothings how brinker policies are. They do it there own way. Thats why i think management is lying cheating and breaking every rule. Come in quite and you will see
