They are predjudice against workers. Management is horible at the store i work i just started the place is filthy in kitchen mold and build up food and hateful employees and management. Because i recorded of abuse of them and ceartain things going wrong . Management have rells the team abuse me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I fell i targeted because i have a mental condition and some of the managers are flirting and possibly sleeping with workers. I do alot i dont get a break but managers are kicking with thier smoking buds in the back
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that there is a good CEO that wants to make changes and get bullies of his company and put HEART instead. If he does he will have happy customers and not ones that get sick because of nasty people cooking. Please invetegate !!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Quit picking up stuff from floor and putting out for customer. Quit encourging abuse of new ones. Please come undercover boss They are very awful here at Alamosa Chilies. They are hiding alot.they do alot of things that mr brinker would not be proud of
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
When you says things at the interview hold uo them . Dont lie!!! Managment lied to me. They dont do nothings how brinker policies are. They do it there own way. Thats why i think management is lying cheating and breaking every rule. Come in quite and you will see
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are told everything i tell management. And they hate me and mistreat me so i will quit. I dont cuss they all do horibly play demonic music about suicide encourged by management.. which they know i had problems in the pass about sucide. If your friends with management then you good. If not ohno
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I would like the kitchen clean. Dishonest and Abusive Management Replaced if my complaints are justified. Put hidden cameras you will be shocked or do undercover boss. I like it clean team works as a team and not competive trying to run over the slow one and not help him and to make fun of handicap
