I have never been more embarrassed by the company than I am today. We have sacrificed all quality strictly for quantity. Corporate structures the company to take from servers to pay cooks rather than paying them a fair wage themselves. You people are pathetic and should be ashamed of yourselves.

my managers refuse to listen to employee ideas for helping the store

I make $4.00 an hour and only share tips with the bar I while helping out the entire restaurant between bussing tables and cleaning bathrooms and sweeping. Most days my tips are either 8 or 10 dollars.
