Although this company taught me some useful lessons about customer service and cooperation with team members, this is the worst establishment I have ever worked for in my entire life. My coworkers were amazing people and amazing workers but were treated horribly by management.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The management at my store was absolutely ridiculous. The managers did not know how to speak to their employees correctly and effectively to handle situations.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More people in every part of the house needed to be hired. There were not enough workers, so many part-time workers were working 40+ hours per week just to stay afloat.
