No stock options, bonus structure unfair

My quality of life- social well-being and physical well being are not of any concern. Zero sick days for management. Working 60-70 hours a week. The pay check is nice on the surface but not for the hours it takes to get it.

Pay me what I deserve! No gm paid under 65k. Stop working people to death!!! Chilis shouldn’t be so stressful. And the csl program is a joke. Y’all are taking advantage of people who don’t know any better. Stop being so greedy!! Pay a freaking busser so managers don’t have to bus tables!

Realistic goals. Not every restaurant is the same and we shouldn’t be held to the same goals. Better training for management. Better quality of life. Continued training for all management

I feel most often times the equipment were given to work with fails making our job a lot harder than it needs to be. Chili's expects so much of us in our day-to-day duties, and for us to be on point, then why should we not expect that from them.
