Everyone outside of management is nice and does their job. Meanwhile management yells at everyone or employees refuse to pick up their tips because of certain managers that working
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make $4.00 an hour and only share tips with the bar I while helping out the entire restaurant between bussing tables and cleaning bathrooms and sweeping. Most days my tips are either 8 or 10 dollars.
