It's great and rewarding. Income for me as a server is high because it's based on how much you can impress your customers and give them a great service. I've a good number of customers that come in and refuse to have anyone beside me serve them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Overall laziness and poorly enforced rules make it easy for hard workers to get the most out of chilis. However, a lot of them quit because they find themselves doing other peoples jobs making them overworked.
What makes you most happy at work?
The customers are very nice to me and we almost become friends by the time i'm done serving them. a lot of the customers are sure to greet me whenever they come in next. It makes me feel good that i can leave such a lasting expression on people
