The standard for compensation has decreased comparably to the standard cost of living. Salaried hours can be evaluated by workload / work completion efficiency. However, the cost of those hours limit the ability endorse a second income. In this case, one can perceive the compensation as inadequate.

To equate the experience with words in a limited text field box is very difficult. But, to narrow it down, inclusivity and empathetic understanding comes to mind mostly. In a large company such as ours, we do a great job of breaking the mold that others before have set for the standard. Pride.

The leadership team performs at a very high level. The interaction between the hierarchy of or team is first class. We have experienced a escalated work load as of late and the leadership for our team steps up where it is needed and supports our team tot he best of their abilities every time.

My team is small, but we are big on communication and teamwork. We accomplish at high levels through adversity with the ever changing scope of our responsibilities. My team is vell versed and well equipped to get the job done. Better yet we have fun doing it. I laugh and smile often. Thumbs up!

I am most happy when my team gets to work as a team in person at the office. However, I am also extremely happy to have the set time at home with my family. The work - life balance can be daunting. But if managed correctly, the hybrid office hours are of tremendous value. Mental health is good.
