I feel like the pay for my position alone is fair, but I also am doing more than just my top 5 within the resturant. I feel undervalued because there isnt support within the resturant to hold others accountable for their top 5.

Staffing issues have made it incredibly tough to follow through with the expectations of the company. While I see, understand, and respect the expectations of the restaurant operation, it is impossible to complete everything as expected. We need more opportunities to train effectively and more labor
