
I wake up every morning and drink the IG koolaid. When someone asks me about my job, I glow! IG has chnaged my life, made me a better person personally and professionally, and the 4 years I have been here have given me more than i could ever ask for! I love our company and plan on retiring here!

Everyone we hire is not only extremely hardwroking, but we somehow manage to hire the kindest, well-intentioned people out there. Any one of my coworkers would be willing to drop what they are doing to help me and vice versa. I have made best friends here and truly enjoy seeing them every day.
I personally am in a PSM role within IG and I think the coolest perk is that when I am promoted to Sr.PSM, I get to go on the contest trips every year. That is super cool, and I am glad our company recognizes the importance of valuing employees even after they've left productive roles.
