My team.... 100%. New GM has an extremely positive approach, and a "can do" attitude.

Communicate with BDM's in the field a lot better & give them better resources to achieve more market share. Listen to what the market requires/demands from a leading brand in the Hospitality industry. Treat all workers as a team
