Just looking at the pay scales for other companys. Also i do alot outside of my job deacritpion.

A better salary or commission on sick days apart from the points that are very short, once you are sick you no longer have more days

Los incrementos salariales siento que no estan acordes a la inflacion global, mientras que el porcentaje de incrementos es 5% los incrementos en todo es mas del 10% desde que empezo la pandemia

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The old culture and running the business with old and out dated sentiment. I see push back and friction on new improvements or changes to the way things have been done from some department heads. Some people are not approachable even for their job responsibilities because they are "in a bad mood."
