What do you like best about the leadership team?
No matter how busy they are and no matter what challenges they are dealing with in the moment, their door is always open to discuss ideas, problems and solutions. As a professional who has been in the workforce for 15 years across 3 industries - Lancer is by far the best company I've worked for.

Leadership team is wrapped up in looking at financials, which while important leaves a lot to be inspired. Not a lot of development or motivation passed down.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel valued; however, I think compensation could be more in line with the market.

-15% below market rate, with that being said my work environment is great. Constantly forced to wear multiple hats as a job, but it is a great opportunity to learn new skills.

All our team cares for one another and has each other's backs through the good times and the challenging times.

Personalities are everywhere, you need to know what headspace your coworker is in that day. Personalities clash and sometimes it hard to effectively communicate.

Communicating with both my local and foreign colleagues would be a highlight. My job isn't the same everyday which I appreciate.
