Estar mas comprometidos en los siguientes aspectos, seguridad: se sienten que solo aplica al personal operativo; leyes y reglamentos: se pueden cumplir siempre y cuando no involucre algun lider de area y no estan dispuestos a cumplir solo cuando se reciben visitas de dependencias o corporativo,
