Since coming to Lancer, I have been provided with opportunities of growth and advancement. I feel like this company and my leadership team has given me the tools to help me be successful. There is not a day that doesn't go by that I don't feel underappreciated or that I don't make a difference.

I do feel valued; however, I think compensation could be more in line with the market.

My leadership team values my contributions, has given me opportunities to grow in the company and in ability, and they take the time to make me feel appreciated.

Work & home-life balance which enables me to continue my educational goals to not only better myself, but to improve my ability to do my job more effectively.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working closely with my manager, learning from him, and gaining more knowledge from my co-workers. The ability to put a smile on someone's face that may need it that day. The ability to create meaningful relationships across all parts of the organization and genuinely make a difference.
