What are some of the best things about your team?
Skilled operators, wide business acumen, personable, genuine willingness to assist (and the genuine part is rare in many businesses, here it really is genuine!). Everyone understands what it is we are trying to achieve here and are rowing in the same direction. Politics are low and not tolerated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The acknowledgment that we are good at some things and not others but we're working on them. There is a growing sense of team across the globe and that drives a sense that you are supported and encouraged. It is a culture that encourages success and provides quiet counsel when needed without threat.
