Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not paid based on experience or market value. Too much reference to age and not respected as a fellow coworker. If I paid based on my experience and true market value, and my past accomplishments that would make a huge difference. I am currently being paid $30k below my market value.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire humble leaders that don't lie to your face, make you feel your opinions don't matter, and constantly make false promises about the future but never actually happen. Also to not play favorites by offering some employees special benefits like working from home when others are not allowed to.
