Engineering management team needs work on their management skills. They can't communicate, they are very condescending with their responses, and they won't take accountability for their own mistakes.

i think HR's involvement with the employees is good. I enjoy the upgraded gym and the wellness week/safety weeks just anything they have been doing to involve the company as a whole more often

I've had a lot of back-and-forth conversations about my progression in this department, but they never commit; instead i watch others around move past me. I do more than what is required of me with no appreciation.
