Doing my job. I really enjoy what I do. I enjoy fixing what is broken.

We all work well together, enjoy each other & pull together during crunch times. We are there for each other like a close knit family unit.

Cease promotions, raises, awards based on directors 'favorites' or popularity contests. Have literally only seen HANDFUL of people promoted or given raises due to hard work. People who do good work, do NOT get fair raises or promotions.

The majority of people are very nice. There are several 'bad seeds' (negative people) in more than one area. I just ignore those people & really enjoy working with the nice people. We all help each other out (even though we are on different teams, diff dept's).

Korean boss won't listen to me. Pretends they don't understand. No sense of urgency on actual issues. Delays or forgets what they promised to help with. No cooperation. Ignores my needs making it impossible to do my job/my teams job. Boss does NOT communicate (email, call, in person) with me.

Can't think of anything positive. Very poor behaviors by coworkers (ex: Rude, not helpful, yell/talk back/talk over boss, on internet or cell). Very hard to watch this. No work priorities by many. People literally taking 3+ hours of breaks & lunch time during a 9 hr work day, work maybe 4-6 hrs/day

I should be paid the same wages as others in my job level. Especially due to my huge contributions ($$$, processes, systems) for AI over the yrs. Not enough space to explain reason. I should be paid as same position/title at other co's (HSV or other areas). I'm severely underpaid in comparison.

They do no listen to what their managers or employees are telling them. They think their way is the only way. They don't listen to the actual struggles of the employees. They are only 100% focused on KPI's so they can get their huge bonuses and not give employees good raises or bonuses. Very sad.

They only listen to their 'favorites', who don't know what they are talking about 75% of the time. They need to listen & talk with the real people doing the job...not their "out of touch favorites" who are only "yes men". Other co's don't operate this out of touch with their employees or the truth.

Have been denied both raises & bonus due to Pres & Dir errors. How do you give emp's A/B and NO raises or bonuses 3 diff times? HR & mgmt won't make right. New boss gives no mid yr or EOY review & gives lowest raise with no talk to emp & lists bad remark on review. Boss gets promoted. Unfair.
