I am 30% below market salary. Increase the compensation the level LG is stating where they are in the market. Promote employees based on performance, not tenure.

No background on current position. Lack of professionalism, not wanting to be promoted, take their job more seriously. Some work for the company only for the medical insurance benefits.

Supervisors just hand down work so they can take breaks or sometimes take nap in a storage room. People's manager does not want to make important decisions nor take any of their responsibilities. Promote people who wants more responsibilities and authority.
