It is a culture of continuous improvement. We are trying to be and do better. It takes time for change, but change is happening to a very positive effect for the whole company.

Nu Skin is not able to pay Fortune 500 wages for executives or top talent. They could take steps to increase the equity grants to make their top talent more vested, but at the current rates of equity it is not hard for a top tear company to buy out top talent, thus reducing employee stickiness.

Stop being defensive, start being more engaged in the quality of your work, and don't view help from others as a threat to your standing, some of us just want to help the company be better, not make you look bad, but many of the long time employees feel threatened by new ideas or identified gaps.
