Generally, the workers/producers are great. They're the ones who actually get work done, rather than talk about it and nitpick on personal preferences for their own benefit.

Embrace progressive ideas. Actively stamp out micromanagement. Trust your workers/experts/specialists to do their jobs rather than be beholden to the opinions of managers who just need to justify their enormous paychecks.

We say we're all about doing good. But our leadership doesn't walk the walk. If they wanted to, they could easily feed 1B children with a single paycheck, but instead they tell all their struggling workers to donate? The ideas are good, but the insincerity is absurd.

Stop backpedaling. When our amazing VP of HR left, he seems to have taken with him all of the good ideas. Instead, there's a heavy emphasis on the company trying to stay away from remote work and other data-supported ideas, solely to appease the egos of management. Wage disparity is also extreme.

Close the wage and benefit gap. No one should make more than 10x what anyone else makes. Benefits heavily favor the upper echelons, and data doesn't support that they actually deserve it. Appreciate the people who do the actual work more. And stop trying to bring people back to the office. Stop.
