Upland Software: After being a client of Upland Software for 10+ years and spending hundreds of thousands with them, I asked to re-negotiate a 3-year contract I was locked in to as the business was going through a difficult period and email marketing was no longer working. They point-blank refused.

Riot Games: Providing a right of appeal on the bans they impose on their members. Decision is made at the Support Level and once made, they refuse to discuss their decision. Once decision is made, they give you no other options for appeal. This is regardless of how many thousand of $ Dollars you have invested!

Arby's Restaurant: Damon who is supposed to be the district area manager has his fingers in everyones pots but his own. every single thing that can be done wrong js somehow always the case. never gets on the people who are actually problems and seems to be chasing most if not all of the good workers away.
Norfolk Southern Corporation: Company doesn't care about its employees or people in general. Billion dollar company with the guys at the top spouting off about safety and customer service but the guys at the bottom in the most unsafe conditions getting paid pennies in comparison.
Texas Instruments: Mgmt has recently decided to require everybody in the office 5 days a week. Even prior to Covid most work groups had at least one work from home day. It makes no sense when the work has been done successfully remotely for years now.

Sunbelt Rentals: I was the number one driver .im even on the store I worked for site store pc188 as a customer took a picture of me showing how safe i was doing my job . I don't know who put it up but the person was showing how good i do my job .
