Chili's: For the most part i love the environment and some of the people i work with, the system works well and i like the work, but my manager plays favorites and gives holidays off to those people, has them tipped out over other people, and lets them slack off and not work.
Diversey: So far Diversey is the best company I have seen. Well organized, employees payments are being cleared on time,HR policies are being followed properly, compensations are as well done accordingly, salaries are often reviewed, medical insurance is given to everyone, and promotions are given to staff.

Sunglass Hut: I think the company can do better as a $7.8 billion company as far as their expectations on dress code and performance when they are only paying minimum wage they ask for professional attire and not every store is the same as far as organization/communication. Very stressful job with little pay.

Many Top Store leaders have been with the company for a very long time and are not adapting to the changes quickly enough. Some of the Top Store Leaders GM's call themselves OG's so they need to adapt.

SCL Health: Too much work, not enough analysts to do it. No IT governance, Executives get their pet projects pushed to front of the line. Leaders develop insane deadlines that are not possible without burning out staff and delivering a sub-par outcome.
Zearn: The communication was confusing and redundant. They have no idea what other departments are doing.
Lancer Worldwide: I have worked for Lancer for 9 years, and i have advanced from Sheet Metal Operator to Marketing Manager. They have given me so many opportunities to follow my career path. I appreciate everything the have done for me and my family.
Dillard's: Sir i worked for dillards 14 months with all my heart but unfortunately my work permit expired and it didnt came on expected time i send my resignation letter to my dillards that i cant drive i live far becoz my driving lisence was linked with my work permit they put me in block list.
