That's FRAUD! You have no right to take funds from my bank account 2 weeks after lease was paid off! PURE FRAUD

They were "in process" right up until they day before the event when I was supposed to get them. Spoke to several customer service reps. I went to the venue but never received the tickets. FRUSTRATED
