Working with a great staff. Being able to show success in the inner cities with associates within the same the neighborhood.
Hours worked without recognition makes me feel undervalued. Inner city stores should get hazard paid some stores work a lot harder than other managers in other stores. There should be a bonus incentive for renovated stores and incentive for developing managers from outside the company.
