Not the same company from when I first started, Too focused on checklists and it seem as though they like to catch you in a vulnerable position with store not being ready for customers. Associates that have no clue what they are doing the company keeps. Just my opinion but no one really cares tohear

the bonus as long as there is one to get. As raises are not based on anything but a computer giving the average wage increase.

Realize that all stores are not the same and the expectation can not be the same based on the quality of help you have seasoned associates versus newer associates. Life is not black and white. If you want to run your business like that you will not retain your managers. Trust your managers.

The specialist used to be people who would help you in situations when needed, now we are just a checklist to them. Are we doing this and that correctly nope your not so you get a bad rating. No here let me help you and jump in and actually do something instead of pointing out stuff you know is bad.
