Very disappointing to see how people are treated over the years - we are losing more solid performers every year and replacing with new associates. Retention of employees from part timers to exempts is challenging and we are not doing enough. HR needs to partner and assist more.

It is a very difficult time right now and simply acknowledging that there is a problem is a step in the right direction

Morale is low, Leadership needs to help drive culture change and find solutions, not just demand it. We have strong associates that are leaving for other industries. Checklists and Daily Functions / reporting items take up too much time and does not leave time for people development.

A lot - we need a lot of help in the stores, we need less initiatives and we need to focus on selling product and taking care of customers. We are losing too many associates to continue to build new programs, and over half of our staff at store level has less than 3 years experience (since COVID)
