My experience has been that the expectation is to do as you are told and do not question authority. Trying to explain difficulties to my manager to help find a solution is met with blame and dismissed as failure on my part. Extremely poor work life balance

the paid time off benefits are fair although with our schedules as hectic as they are it may not equal what it should be

Currently I do not see anything positive. upper management has a very negative tone and most of us feel over worked and under appreciated. This isn't something that can just be fixed with a free meal or an insincere thank you.

Every level of this organization appears to be messed up right now. Customers are not happy with our pricing or staffing. Store workers and Management are frustrated at the volume of work and lack of support to get our jobs done. Stores cant get what they need but still blamed for everything
