I use to enjoy being here and working here. The flexibility use to be good, but now there is too much to do, and too many unrealistic ideas about what happens everyday. The "perfect world" that we believe we operate in is far from it.

My direct team all work hard and have the same goals, and like to have some fun doing it.

We have people coming from outside the company making more money than people who have been here their entire careers, and it is not even close. Some of these people make an extra 15-20k a year than store managers who had 20 years in with the company. There is no incentive to stay here long term.

There is a disconnect between how to move up in the company and how to actually do it. I have been following the guidelines on how to move up, and I am not 3 years behind where I wanted to be, all because I did what I was suppose to. There is also too much work and not enough flexibility.
