We have fun where I work, the company should focus on driving hours into the frontend for a quick cashier experience with our customers, I understand the cost and we need to save money but more help on the frontends would be great for everyone, associate/customer

There is not much to speak to other than the percent difference between SM and ASM to far apart

overall the team is descent just seems like the training with a new ASM should understand basic Admin functions before they move on.

The people overall are fun to work with, there are a few miserable associates but I believe that is a personal issue with them,
