Mighty Fortress International has set an atmosphere that is worshipful, sensitive, loving, forgiving and accepting to the needs of others. There is no open line of communication between management and their associates . Very little training is offered for those who actually want to their job right .

We need more pay more and more tools to be able to do our job rolls efficiently so every one will be Less stressed . Some coworkers like to abusive their little bit of authority over others . Which causes unnecessary stress.
