Mighty Fortress International has set an atmosphere that is worshipful, sensitive, loving, forgiving and accepting to the needs of others. The culture of the company is not friendly. At least at store i have worked for. Its all a politics game, no managment cares about the employees or the actually running of the business. They jusy come in to brown nose to the next person above them. Managment treats "lower employee's" poorly.
