Nothing! Most mangagers are rude and all they care about is getting TJ Maxx rewards cards processed! No one cares about the employees and the ones that do their jobs right and give good customer service and work hard. Its all about geting credit cards for the day

Most employees are rude . I just come in to do my job and leave. Only 2 of the assisant managers are nice. The general manager isnt nice and all he cares about is getting stock out of the back room and how the store looks. He does care about the fact the line to check out has 20 people in it.
