Our team works together to get our tasks done as a department.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say that our executive team is positive for the most part. They really get into the meetings and talking everyone up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel that the healthcare benefits are good here at USA Truck. The premiums are high and the deductibles are even higher.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have not only focused on making the company as a whole profitably but have also made the work environment more fun and improved employee perks such as building a gym and a new bonus plan.
