I have worked at this company for over 16 years and held many different positions including leadership roles. I have seen this company eliminate positions only to rename them and offer a lower rate of pay for virtually the same job. It seems that there is a lack of real leadership at the top.

The actions from the top corporate people seems one of desperation as our stock and confidence plummet. I don't know if it can be improved at this point.

Our store manager brings a lot of positive energy to us each day and that creates an environment of positive feelings and outlook. We work harder and happier because of that.
