Communication should be better. The communication we receive is usually eluding to some ominous upcoming event but not actually getting any information OR it is scathing and condescending from upper management.. It's impossible to feel valued at this company.

As a field rep, you are out in retail stores so the environment, unfortunately, is in the hands of the retail chain you are in. But the feeling that I get from management is that we are not valued and family doesn't come first.

This company will hire anyone for these bottom of the totem pole field jobs, so expect to be working with people of varying skill & education. It would be easier to work together if Acosta valued and rewarded those team members that had been around for years and had been loyal instead the opposite

The company doesn't appreciate workers. I've worked here for more than 5 years with no review or pay increase of any kind. Raises are frozen and have been since I started. But the new hire amount HAS increased. So I train people that I know are making more money than me. Doesn't feel good.
