No team. Staying afloat at the cost of employees

They are in Florida and not in Texas

There is one that filled in for an Area mgr. He wss Spectacular! He was one of the nicest sweetest guys and he was an area manager and I wish he was my manager. That's all I can say

Good at communication skills and enjoyable to work with

The support and willingness to improve

Kind and easy to relate to

We are highly collaborative and we take each other suggestions w ell and everyone is will to offer suggestions

Never constructive. Always negative. No incentives

we work independently without management supervision.

Teamwork u don't feel stupid make it easy to do assignments

Friendly and help each other out in stores. Sometimes the only way you find put whats gling on is theough other employees .

If I do get to work with a team... they are usually excellent people just trying to do a good job. I respect that.

Review from Sales Dept

My team is like my family.

Review from Operations Dept

Good people on the street, but management doesn't care about anything but the almighty dollar.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Hire better qualified people, not just kids who are working for spending money. ALSO, hire experienced management at the local level.

Never had a meeting with coworkers and only worked with coworkers in the field in the first year. After that I've been a solitary worker period.

We already do everything we can

Better company culture that brings coworkers together, and lets us get to know each other better. Some are just rude and make others feel isolated.

We don't work together. At all.

Co workers are lazy others have to pick up slack for no additional compensation

Review from Marketing Dept

knowledge and ethics in process

Review from Customer Support Dept

better management and better pay

Review from Sales Dept

This company will hire anyone for these bottom of the totem pole field jobs, so expect to be working with people of varying skill & education. It would be easier to work together if Acosta valued and rewarded those team members that had been around for years and had been loyal instead the opposite

Review from Marketing Dept

leave the company as it's a sinking ship

Review from Marketing Dept

Better interaction with each other.

Review from Operations Dept

They need to work together as a team to get a job done.

My coworkers are all great at what they do.

Review from Customer Support Dept
