What does the leadership team need to get better at?

how to work with people and people skills

Explaining projects making sure we have the resources required to finish our service orders better training

Teamwork, positivity, equality, kindness, compassion, professionalism, conduct, quality of work, customer service, and much more. I'm highly disappointed in the reps I've worked with so far, especially their attitudes

Don't resource their IT out overseas and have on site support for new hires in the field during their initial training. Everything is done in merely a few hours of remote online training. Poor communication with HR during re-onboarding

Entry level workers are shafted constantly the second they get close to a promotion. They remove the promotion and simply split the work between several existing managers, so they don't have to pay, or train a new manager, no matter the experience that individual has acquired.
