They are very employee-centric when it comes to culture and environment. I never feel like I struggle to take the time that I need to take care of myself and my family.

Love working at companies like Target, Publix, Food Lion and especially Lowe's Foods.
An enterprise leasing were they pay me very well and give me a company car

Better quality hires, experienced management at local level, make HR reps available to talk to if there is an issue. Follow through on issues, stop hiring relatives who report to a family member and expect them to be treated like everyone else.
