Reduce the wait time for an MRI approval!! 14 business days for review and approval is NOT patient-focused and creates health risks for patients!!! PLUS, your literature never mentions the waiting period for procedure approvals! This is unconscionable! I am furious wit Aetna Medicare PPO.
