Toxic culture. Profits over patients and staff. No one returns your phone calls. It's just all bad.

I don't think it really matters what I put here. Money will always be the goal. Executives/ management collecting big pay while the people that actually do all the work suffer with low pay. I've also been a patient there. Patient care and safety are a joke. Staff can't keep themselves safe. Sad.
