Generous time off, 401K matching
Money and bonuses for float and extra shifts or picking up more patients than safe
Salary too low for specific occupation. Understaffed. Maxed out on PTO and losing accrual. PTO is not a benefit if you can't use it.
Value for time spent in administrative tasks

I think that pay should increase
They love coming to work and take pride in their work. They are easy going but also open for improvement.

Teamwork is something everyone does
The vastness of education and experience. A pragmatic approach to leadership.
At current hospital, they are fantastic; great work ethic. Same dept at sister hospital that is supposed to collaborate with us, manager is very selfish. Expects us to share resources but does not reciprocate
Treat each other like adults & not be so offended when someone tells you the right way to do something
Our suggestions need to be listened to and valued instead of being constantly negated if they aren't in line with management's thoughts.
Review from Operations Dept
Everybody needs to come in and do their jobs. Not worry about others jobs. That way their work actually gets done and that keeps the ppl that work hard from having to pick up their slack. If their doing there job then they would stay busy and off their phones
IT'S VERY HARD WORKING AS A MINORITY IN AN ENVIRONMENT OF ENTITLEMENT AND SUPERIORITY
Meeting are mostly dictating changes and increase patient demands without any input or regard to patient safety or care.
Review from Operations Dept
They truly care about the things we say and are always striving to be the employer of choice.
The management acts like our cheer squad!
FRIENDLY TEAM AND SAFE PLACE TO WORK
Teamwork is followed by all
Response to our needs and the inclusiveness within the organization.
Toxic culture. Profits over patients and staff. No one returns your phone calls. It's just all bad.
Cut leadership and get more workers seeing patients
It all starts with management . if their doing right, then your staff will be happy . It rubs off on one another but it has to start somewhere and it is with management. Enforce rules. Quit letting staff with no power boss others around. Clickiness be staff/managers need to go
pay nurses more to recruit and retain talent hire App Director
THE COMPANY LACKS ANY SENSE OF CULTURE AND HAS VERY LOW SENSITIVITY AND TOLERANCE FOR OTHER CUTURES
Kathy was nice during interview
My hiring agent was so pleasant we still keep in touch.
Meeting the people who will be on my team and my peers, as well as upper management.
Current process for promotion is taking ridiculously long
It wasn't super difficult and they gave a lot of information about the job and company
Shorter duration and fewer people involved in process.
I never had an interview was hired at the end of my internship. Was promoted without an interview
The community, and my co workers and knowing how much support I have
Working with good people everyday
Having people who help me to get the job done.
Review from Operations Dept
The flexibility it provides throughout the year.
My manager understanding my disability and why I miss work sometimes
I don't think it really matters what I put here. Money will always be the goal. Executives/ management collecting big pay while the people that actually do all the work suffer with low pay. I've also been a patient there. Patient care and safety are a joke. Staff can't keep themselves safe. Sad.
Need more workers seeing patients
Turnover rates of ahn employees are way to high for anything to be fixed right now
bad attitudes on every level of pt care, ancillary staff...toxic place to work
We have a manager that does not discipline at all. She talks about others in the office and makes a terrible work environment. If she is talking about my coworker line that to me. What is she saying about me ?
Nothing more than the fact that I get paid a descent wage and have insurance.
Without exaggeration, this call center needs brought in to the 21st century. Representatives should not have to manually search "protocols" for information. Representatives should not have to wait DAYS to find out if they have been approved or denied for time off........etc etc etc
