They love coming to work and take pride in their work. They are easy going but also open for improvement.

They feel like family! They are always helping you out

The vastness of education and experience. A pragmatic approach to leadership.

At current hospital, they are fantastic; great work ethic. Same dept at sister hospital that is supposed to collaborate with us, manager is very selfish. Expects us to share resources but does not reciprocate

Everyone helps everyone whenever it's needed

I feel that the staff and I (PA, MA, PAC, Scheduler) that runs the flow of my physicians tram all work well together. We listen to what each other says and we help each other out.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Treat each other like adults & not be so offended when someone tells you the right way to do something

Our suggestions need to be listened to and valued instead of being constantly negated if they aren't in line with management's thoughts.

Everybody needs to come in and do their jobs. Not worry about others jobs. That way their work actually gets done and that keeps the ppl that work hard from having to pick up their slack. If their doing there job then they would stay busy and off their phones

IT'S VERY HARD WORKING AS A MINORITY IN AN ENVIRONMENT OF ENTITLEMENT AND SUPERIORITY

Meeting are mostly dictating changes and increase patient demands without any input or regard to patient safety or care.

Stop talking on cell phones and texting during the evening and late shift.
