Review from Operations Dept

My current manager is extremely flexible and understanding of family obligations. Management above her isn't as knowledgeable as I would like. The company ship isn't run as tightly as one would think for a large organization.

Review from Admin Dept

My direct supervisor is always there to help when needed

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Operations Dept

they are approachable and very compassionate about their employees

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Realizing that employees are not robots. They could also pitch in and help once in awhile.

Understanding mental health. More compassion for people with mental disability.

They need to make employees feel "valued".

Review from Operations Dept

Realizing a life work balance for employees

Respect and loyalty need improvement

Communicate, hire experienced employees reward employee for good behavior, discipline bad behavior, management needs to step in and help where and when needed

IT WOULD BE A CHALLENGE TO IMPROVE THE IMPLICIT BIASES THAT EXIST WITHIN THE STAFF

not promoting toxic managers to higher levels

Communicate better and work as a team in solutions. Stop avoiding work and delegating without acknowledging increase workloads.

Review from Operations Dept

The supervisors need to be assigned to specific duties. One supervisor will email all the reps, and then another will forward the same email out to everyone. Supervisors need to get off their high horses, we all know you are supervisors, we aren't school children

Stop hiring experienced healthcare professionals from other Pittsburgh facilities who aren't qualified - example would be OT's and PT's

Review from Operations Dept

employee relations, employee benefits, employee compensation

Review from Customer Support Dept

Giving better options for their clients

Review from Admin Dept

Review from Customer Support Dept
