Don't listen to employees ideas,demand things that make no sense, 19 years and the first 10 or so worked smoothly, but then changes from corporate weren't working but wouldn't listen to ideas from the front line

My boss at the time was a a little bit odd and dreaded dealing with the highly entitled customers in Westerville. He would often tell them if we made a mistake that he would take us outside and beat us later. He thought that would win the customers trust.

I love mu manager because she knows how to get shir done but she also does the job of herself and her store manager because he cant do his own job but yet he runs the store. She is over worked and under paid and deserves better than this store

I liked when everyone was able to be happy everyday, including me. It's supposed to be my home away from home. I try to make everyone laugh and smile but everyone just sits on the phone and gossips. Specifically why I love furniture, since I'm always with customers I can maintain a steady happiness

They have cut back store hours to the bare minimum. A manager and one cashier can't run a store, give excellent customer service, and get through the massive amount of tasks handed down by disillusioned members of corporate on their own. It's killing their employees.

Consistency would be nice. Three different managers, three different ways to do the same task. Come to work and do the task manager #1's way then they leave and manager #2 comes on and informs you you are doing everything wrong.
