I love them how they work
Everything the leadership offers in Danville ky
Our DC was the best. Great communication, and most truly cared.
They worked hard and were overall really nice.
Well I wouldn't say the whole team but 2 out of 3 actually listen to you and take your comments and concerns seriously...
Don't listen to employees ideas, demand things that make no sense, 19 years and the first 10 or so worked smoothly, but then changes from corporate weren't working but wouldn't listen to ideas from the front line
Some are awesome and some ain't
My boss at the time was a a little bit odd and dreaded dealing with the highly entitled customers in Westerville. He would often tell them if we made a mistake that he would take us outside and beat us later. He thought that would win the customers trust.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Friendliness, professionalism, and flexible. I can't say a bad word about any store level manager I've worked with.
Teamwork, and working together to make everything go smooth.
Every one is very friendly.
Lindy Anne has the best customer service and went above and beyond!
We work together very well
I love mu manager because she knows how to get shir done but she also does the job of herself and her store manager because he cant do his own job but yet he runs the store. She is over worked and under paid and deserves better than this store
The moral and leadership within
Open and available when needed
I like that ive been given more projects without being overly micromanaged, then feeling accomplished.
I know what to do and am never lost.
I liked when everyone was able to be happy everyday, including me. It's supposed to be my home away from home. I try to make everyone laugh and smile but everyone just sits on the phone and gossips. Specifically why I love furniture, since I'm always with customers I can maintain a steady happiness
They are very easy going and great to explain
Politeness, respect for the associate
Get rid of store manager. And find one that doesn't harass employees. Stan at Longwood Florida Big Lots needs to go.
Truth, dignity, civility, respect, friendliness, kindness, compassion.
Review from Sales Dept
A new manager that actually understands and works with employees. Not against them. As well as a manager that doesnt attack customers as well. Im shocked webster is still in business. And this is with 4 years management experience
Treating employees fairly and with respect
Review from Customer Support Dept
They need to resign immediately
Attitude training crew motivation and coordinate more with other employees
Being a better team player
Stop driving the stores into the ground
Please offer bonuses to your workers whose is getting rewards cards. The managers are not the ones getting them and it would most certainly boost employee morale and motivation.
Understanding the needs of the store before the needs of the company
Some of my managers don’t really care about their job
Review from Sales Dept
Training and guiding new associates teaching them how stocking items correctly effects the store. Stop holding and hiding items for when they go clearance or markdown more

How they talk to employees

The leaders need to improve everything

More full time hours for employees.... get rid of the timed un load truck time. Practice think smarter not harder
Review from Sales Dept
They have cut back store hours to the bare minimum. A manager and one cashier can't run a store, give excellent customer service, and get through the massive amount of tasks handed down by disillusioned members of corporate on their own. It's killing their employees.
Review from Sales Dept
Understanding workers availability, and listening to the employees suggestions.
Review from Sales Dept
Consistency would be nice. Three different managers, three different ways to do the same task. Come to work and do the task manager #1's way then they leave and manager #2 comes on and informs you you are doing everything wrong.
Review from Sales Dept
New management and new workers
