What are some of the best things about your team?

We worked great together no matter what department or shift. Everyone knew thier job.

The team Os just normal people trying to do a good job. Leadership Makes ot impossible.

Most of us have pride in what we do despite the fact the company has given up on the stores. We deserve the store of the future concept. Not a gallon of paint & recylcled bathroom fixtures.

Better communication, have a weekly or daily meeting to keep all employees updated

It's to late for anything like that.

Actually work together and not complain behind each other's backs

Coworkers have little emotional intelligence, common sense; they are immature, selfish, don't look out for each other, lie, gossip and do as little as possible.

Working as a team to make work fun and easy for everyone would be so amazing. Although I think everyone is just genuinely unhappy anymore. I think the pay has a big thing to do with it. So much for so little. Ecpecially when alot if us are young mothers and fathers trying to make a life for ourself

No more backbiting be more helpful

Majority of them work hard but theres many that dont work at all

What company meetings? We dont do that..

Stop work against one another

Leadership needs to show and enforce TEAM WORK, managers could try to engage with associates instead of having them wander the store during "recovery"
