What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The quality of work vs life mixture.

Lower level teammembers are dun to work with.

The cashiers they are so involved

busy, friendly, cool place to be employed

Different personalities and a mix of different cultures

I love the fact there are resource groups for our teams that supports their needs. I love we get paid to volunteer and support our community, manager's support different ways to get involved vs directors and above who really don't care. I like work from home flexibility due to personal life needs.

Can bring any concerns to management

The most positive would most definitely be when we get a new hire. They always start out so sweet and are refreshing and new. I love it. I like training in general because I love new people and if you are taught to work correctly you will always then do so. Training is so important in any workplace

Employees need better pay, bonus paid on time an without certain restrictions. It's unfair to expect excellent quality service without a good motivating factor.

Better management. Not someone who doesnt care about what shes doing or any consequesces to anyone else

More deals and bonuses for employees

Leadership change from the top down instead of talking about caring actually do it

Top down attitude adjustment and better management skills

New ceo that might care about his team over bonus

Need better pay and larger yearly raises to create incentive.

Full time hours for proper customer service. Get rid of corp employees that dont know how stores are ran. Get rid of lazy district managers
